Reservations for guests with disabilities will be given special treatment if indicated at the time of booking. Our maintenance staff will provide everything you need so that customers do not have problems with steps, obstacles, etc.

Our self-service washing machines and dryers are available to all customers who wish to do so. Up to two laundries provide this service with special tokens that can be purchased at reception.

If you come with your vehicle 0 emissions, ECO or electric propulsion, you will have a charger with a socket of 3.6 kW and a maximum voltage of 16 Amp.

If you need to wash your car, you can do so without any problem in a specific area of the campsite, located behind the shopping area. However, remember that you will need to bring your own cleaning products as the campsite does not supply them.

Safes for valuables are the best ally for anyone who does not want to risk their most precious assets. They are located at the back of the reception and are 24-hour video surveillance.

In addition to the lifeguards at the swimming pools, the campsite has a medical center to treat emergencies and minor illnesses. The service has a waiting room and all the security guarantees in front of the Covid-19.

When there is an emergency it is vital to get to the nearest hospital as soon as possible. Right at the entrance of the campsite there is a large heliport to attend to emergencies.
